Chalet, Chalet and Chalet

Saturday, November 22, 2008

(HEH! Short post. Just want to fill you with some random things I saw during the holidays. The next post will HOPEFULLY be about High School Musical.)

My class had a chalet in Singapore super recently. It was very fun but I will not be talking about the chalet but more of the pictures I took while going there and returning home.

Obama arrived in Singapore a few days ago and set up a business. He wanted to CHANGE America. And he wanted Singapore to be affected by it in some way. But before that, I will talk about the Japan city of Obama, Fukui. They supported Barack Obama during the US presidential elections...because his name is the same as the name of their city. Well, okay, that is lame. To make it worse, the city is located in a place called "Fukui". Japanese pronounce it as "foo-ku-EE", but most people will just pronounce it as "fuck you".

Imagine what will happen if their city name is called "McCain". Or "Palin", if you get what I mean.

This is Obama's business:-

Aside from that, there wasnt anymore political stuff that occured. But I saw a quite-funny shop name. Walking along downtown east, there was a foot reflexology shop. And it was called..."MYFOOT". I was like "what the truck!"

AfiQ: Eh, I need foot reflexology LERH.
John: OH, I heard about this shop that gives very nice foot massages and the girls there are hot!
AfiQ: What is the name of that shop?!
John: My foot.

Every feel like you have no pockets. Or that you have no more hands to use? Use the back of your pants! Let me guess, none of you know what I am trying to talk about... until you see this:-

Yup. I was giggling luh~ But then again, he is brave and thick skinned enough to do that. What if someone pull the newspaper out of its position... his pants may drop!

Or maybe...he wasnt the one who put it there in the first place :D
